Face It

After the surgery to remove a small part from Isabel body. We are prepared for the bad news again. Went back to the hospital to remove the tube and confirmed by Dr. S, it is cancer and she advised that Isabel need to do chemotherapy and radiotherapy as the cancer is very active and the removal is 4cm in total.

Though sad and frustrated, but advise her to take it and we will face it together. Easy for me to say, but difficult for her to do and accept it.

Exercise by Dr S

1. Climbing the wall;

2. Hand straight forward, hand and head down to the knee;

3. Circle to and flow backward;

4. Touching opposite ear;

5. Touching opposite shoulder and back;

6. Hand straight up, elbow straight (for life).

Came Up

The nurse came to the 2-bedded room and push her in to the theatre room by 11.00am. Had my lunch by 12.00pm. Thought of her coming back to the room by 1 1/2 hours. Waited till 3.40pm then only she came up. Just not the same anymore.
